INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 TBSP BELLABAE ITALIAN SEASONING
  • 1 LB FRESH SHRIMP
  • 1 TBSP MINCED GARLIC
  • 2 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER
  • JUICE OF 1 LEMON

DIRECTIONS:

  1. PAT SHRIMP COMPLETELY DRY WITH PAPER TOWEL AND PLACE IN A LARGE BOWL.
  2. DRIZZLE THE SHRIMP WITH OLIVE OIL AND SEASON WITH BELLABAE. TOSS UNITL EVENLY COATED.
  3. HEAT A LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD GARLIC AND SAUTEE FOR ONE MINUTE. IMMEDIATELY ADD SHRIMP TO THE PAN AND INCREASE TO HIGH HEAT. COOK THE SHRIMP FOR ONE MINUTE WITHOUT MOVING THEM. TURN THE SHRIMP OVER AND ADD BUTTER. COOK FOR TWO MINUTES MORE. TRANSFER THE SHRIMP TO A BOWL.
  4. DIVIDE SHRIMP AMONG PLATES OR ARRANGE ON PLATTER AND SERVE. FINISH WITH LEMON JUICE AND A DASH OF BELLABAE.
